We have chosen to remain free of “controlled business arrangements” with title companies, lenders, home inspectors and warranty companies so that we can objectively refer you to the best services for your situation. Unlike many of the large real estate firms, we do not accept referral fees from these vendors.

The Washington real estate market is unlike any other in the country. We are a local company, not part of a franchise from out of the area. This gives us the advantage of being able to see the market from the inside out, and not tying us to national marketing trends. We do not charge our clients transaction fees in addition to the brokerage fee.

Our career oriented associates are always upgrading their skills by taking courses and obtaining professional designations such as the commercial CCIM, the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Buyer Specialist (CBS). Many of our agents are associate brokers, and are licensed in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia
